MAXIMAILER PLUS HPi
New plastic card inserting and card mailing system.

The new MaxiMailer Plus HPi is the natural evolution of the Maximailer Plus HP and completes the Pro Series product line, which allows autonomous management of the card fulfillment and mailing process. The MaxiMailer Plus HPi is bundled with the CAM 3030 and with the CAM 8080 card affixing units for applications requiring medium to high productivity levels. The system are versatile and satisfies a wide range of card applications. It is user frinedly and allows the operator to manage envelopes with C6 and C5 formats and to insert documents of various thicknesses and formats. The automatic mechanical adjustments for each job are done on the basis of saved data from previous runs and allow a considerable increase in uptime and productivity.

The new MaxiMailer Plus HPi introduces several mechanical improvements, and the operating system is now Windows 10 compatible (IoT).

New plastic card inserting and card mailing system.
MAXIMAILER PLUS HP is the new version of MAXIMAILER PLUS. It is a new flexible and reliable plastic card inserting and card mailiing system capable of handling large volume of card mail. It is available and can be combined with CIMS's Card Affixing & Mailing systems, ProSeries CAM 3030 and ProSeries CAM 8080. The modular design of MAXIMAILER PLUS HP allows easy adaptation to different mailing requirements of contemporary companies. As an advanced mail management solution it can be adapted to meet the changing demands of contemporary business workflows and a wide range mailing applications.

The MAXIMAILER PLUS HP is able to handle a wide range of card carriers and leaflets/booklets. Card carriers can be inserted into regular envelopes ranging from C5 to C6 to format, ready for delivery.

The MAXIMAILER PLUS HP’s color graphic interface makes it easy for users. Jobs can be easily selected and ensures new jobs are easily set up. Once a job has been programmed into memory, running it is really simple. Changing over to a completely different job takes only a few minutes.

MaxiMailer Plus
Fast and Easy Card Affixing and Mailing Solution
Inserter 3000 has been developed with new and advanced features aimed to create high quality personalized cards. It affixes cards quickly and easily to a card carrier which can be personalized in real time using a laser printer. A card inserter system like Inserter 3000 can operate in stand-alone or in-line configuration with other Pro Series machines to offer the most complete and flexible solution; from complete card personalization, to card affixing to a carrier, to card inserting and enveloping with all necessary attachments, ready for distribution.
Inserter 3000 can be configured with MaxiMailer Plus for folding and enveloping the carrier and inserting leaflets.The new MaxiMailer Plus is equipped with a new carrier folding station with improved reliability and performance. MaxiMailer Plus is a multi-station system that revolutionizes the mailing process and can be adapted to various market requirements. Directly connected to Inserter 3000, MaxiMailer Plus receives the carrier with the affixed card, folds and envelops it. Other inserts such as pre-folded brochures or booklets with up to 4 mm / 16 mil thickness can be processed and enveloped.

MAXIMAILER SMART

The new MaxiMailer Smart is the evolution of the Maximailer Plus HP and completes the Pro Series portfolio product line. It is available in two versions MaxiMailer Smart and MaxiMailer Smart+, with different speed performances and provided respectively with Cam 3030 and Cam 8080. The system is very versatile and can be used in a wide variety of card applications. It is simple and intuitive to use and allows for the management of C6 and C5 envelope formats as well as insertion of brochures of various thicknesses and dimensions. The mechanical setup parameters are now job based with the ability to save an unlimited number of jobs. Consequently, the setup time for each new job is greatly reduced, resulting in improved productivity.

The new MaxiMailer Smart system features mechanical and operational enhancements with a brand new folding module. The module has been redesigned with improved reliability which combined with the operating system updates, offers a much improved overall experience.

The MaxiMailer Smart is a feature rich solution and offers an excellent price/performance relationship. Moreover it comes with the possibility of expanding the system by adding new modules at any time in the field thus making the MaxiMailer the optimal solution for all card mailing and card fulfillment needs.

WHAT'S NEW IN MAXIMAILER SMART

Higher precision and reliability in the carrier folding operation
The new folding module is enhanced in terms of precision and reliability. The document transportation and positioning systems have been perfected mechanically and functionally, resulting in significant improvement of the carrier folding process. The module is capable of folding various formats (C, V and Z) with maximum precision, offering the right solution for any card fulfillment application.

Much quieter, noise reduced significantly

The new module is much quieter. Noise has been further reduced, thanks to the addition of sound proofing material which has reduced the ambient operating noise level.

System updates, intuitive and easy to use

Thanks to the MaxiMailer Smart’s new user interface the module is managed intuitively and is extremely easy to use. The 15’ touch-screen display and the enhanced operating system guide, assist the operator with a new type of controls. The user-friendly display allows the user to manage all the phases of the production process while remaining at their station, in addition, the new assistance function aides in the setup and in problem resolution.
